Yes! We ship to all provinces and territories.
Do you ship to the U.S.?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to the U.S. at this time.
Do you ship outside Canada and the U.S.?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada at this time.
What shipping methods are available?
We ship via Canada Post Expedited. Shipping rates are calculated upon checkout.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $125 or more.
Live in the town of Collingwood? We offer FREE DELIVERY to all Collingwood addresses with the exception of apartment buildings. For those living in apartment buildings, please see pickup option below!
Do you live near Collingwood but not right in town? Or in an apartment building in Collingwood? We offer FREE PICKUP. Please send us an email at the time of purchase to coordinate a pickup date/time.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be packed and prepared for shipping. We are a small, family run business and unfortunately, delays happen from time-to-time.
Once your order has been handed over to Canada Post, please allow 2-8 days for delivery.
How do I change my shipping address?
If you haven’t yet received a shipping confirmation email, please email hello@wildernesssoapco.ca with your order number as soon as possible.
If you have received a shipping confirmation email, unfortunately, the order has already been fulfilled and is on its way to the address entered at checkout.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Do to the nature of our product, we are unable to offer returns. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please email us at hello@wildernesssoapco.ca and we would be happy to work out a solution for you.
I ordered online and my product arrived defective or damaged.
We’re sorry to hear your product arrived defective or damaged! Please send us an email with pictures of the damaged shipment/product within 5 days of delivery.
